Great waterfront location with dock.
The camp has 2 bedrooms with a double bed in the Master and a double lower bunk bed with a single bunk on top is in the 2nd bedroom.

The camp comes with a rowboat, canoe and kayak.

There is a large screened porch which has a large table for eating and a couple of chairs for relaxing. There is also some outdoor lawn furniture.

There is a dock in case tenant wants to bring a boat and a sandy beach for swimming.
Camp is located right on State Route 30 and 9 miles from Tupper Lake and the new Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks. Camp is 2 miles from Fish Creek Campsite and Trading Post.
The camp has beautiful views of Mt. Ampersand and Mt. Seward across the lake.

The camp sleeps 5 and we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking, since the water comes in directly from the lake.

Other Comments: Screened porch has table which will seat 6 or more. 2 small sofas for sitting / sleeping and extra chairs for relaxing. Easy access off Route 30, long sandy beach adjacent to cabin (not in use- state land) magnificent views across lake of Ampersand and Seward. Quiet cove close to Fish Creek store. Fish Creek also good for biking. 8 miles to Tupper Lake. Superb location for anyone who wants to bring a powerboat. Dock in place. Please bring bottled water for drinking since the water in the house comes from the lake. NO PETS PLEASE!
